[WTF is this Bullshit?] I think someone forgot someting ....

Usually when I get a box of cereal that has something in it like mashmellows or rasins, I like to take the bag out of the box, turn it upside down, and open it from that end (all the good stuff is at the bottom =o) ..)

This time... I did it, and the first 2 bowl felt.. off

I checked the bag.  and couldn't find a damn raisin..

Dumped the bag out.. and couple only a few...

Fiver denied my video (above). They said:

"Unfortunately, your video did not pass our moderators review because it contains wrong pronunciation of the word Fiverr."

I dunno if it was because I whisperred it or .. ?? I dunno. It was the only time I said "Fiverr" in the video. The email was an auto response email, so I couldn't email them back and ask them what was up.


I didn't know how else to say Fiverr. Maybe they wanted me to pronounce the last "r" ?? Fiver"R" ??


Ehh... I didn't know how to find out, so !!!, I edited the video....

[Rant]: Dear Telus. Why do you hate me ??

Why do you hate me ? This is what ? The fourth time I'm calling about fucked up shit going on with my account in, I dunno, 2 weeks ?

You assured me this wasn't going to happen again. You said it was a system upgrade, and that everything is fixed, and I wouldn't have any more problems...

Guess what... I have a problem..

Lets begin. I have unlimited45. That includes unlimited incoming calls, texting, & weekends/evening calls right ? I understand that if my account reaches a $0.00 that my picture messaging and text messaging services would be unavailable.. but does that some how mean I can't make a phone call ? Lets find out. I present to you, Exhibit A: The "Why The Fuck Can't I Make a Phone Call" exhibit (Sorry for the language. I've been having problems for 2 weeks straight now and I'm fed up with the lies !)

[Rant] This is how ONE Telus mobility costomer service rep FUCKED ME UP !

Two days ago, on the 18th of Oct 2011, I called into Telus mobility to sort out a problem I was having with my plan. I was getting charged for TEXT messages, and I am on a plan that gives me FREE unlimited text messaging.

Not only am I/was I getting charged for text messages, I'm getting charged for text messages from the future !!

So I call into Telus to try and sort this out, and was greeted by a service rep by the name of Wylder (?). He as quite rude off the bat. I tell him about my problem, and he tells me that they will charge me if I am not on the plan. DUHH !!.  I am not an idiot. But he didn't want to listen to me and had an explaination for everthing, even before I finished explaining.

I tell him about getting charged for text messages from the future and he tells me maybe it's an adjustment for something I did the next day. Really ?? I get free messages! He finally opens up his broswer and looks at the specific time and date I told him to look at. He tells me to hold on, puts me on hold.

When he comes back, he tells me he has calculated all the mis-charged text messages I've recieved and came up with a total of 20-something odd dollars, which he will refund back to my account (I put way more than that in). I asked him if he knew what was wrong with it, because I don't want it happening again. He said yes, I've been working as a CSR for some time, I think I know what I am doing, the system was not working for me and that it is fixed and all good.

I said ok, but you are only refunding me back for SMS, not the calls they charged me for. He then tells me that he can escalate it to the team above, but then it would take alot longer, that they are more strict, and that if they find out that it was my fault, that they would not refund me anything. So it went from the system not working for me, to, it may be my fault ? So I ask for his name and he gets on the defensive.


He then tells me he is also going to give me five free days and that I am actually getting alot more. Sure, I'll take that, I ask for his name again. He gives me this blurb, and then asks : "so, do you want it ?" (still no name).

At the risk of not getting anything at all, I take his offering. He finally gives me his name with no last initial.

So, no my phone works, awesome !

I've been working on a project for the last 2 weeks, spending about 133 hours a week on it. It is very important to me. Time and precision plays a very big key in what I am doing, and everything comes together, the next day !.

I make sure everything is working fine, and we are a go. Well.. the next day, when the time comes for me to get the call, I don't get it. Time and precision plays a very key roll, but I figure he might be caught up still, and I should bother him. Another half an hour goes by, now this isn't normal. I go and check my phone, and I have NO MINUTES !!!!


No I panic. I log on twitter, and try and get in trouch with @TelusSupport, who go in contact with me before. I go and email them, I do everything to get my phone to work again. I finally get an email  back from telus which reads:

I guess Mr. I know what I am doing, forgot to do something. I go try and save what I've been working on for the last 2 weeks, but it's too late. I can't do it.

That's not even what bothers me, what bothers me is that I have to tell my girl that I've failed. Both me and her  have been looking forward to his day for a long time, and I know it's just as important to her as it is to me. I can't do that. I can't face her and tell her. 

Why is all of this happening to me? Why can't I just get a break? I'm tired!

I dunno what to do now. I'm exhausted. Two 133 hour weeks, and all I got to show for it is $23.00 credit that Telus mobility gave me. Thanks Telus, Thanks Wylder.

I ran around the apartment to go see where it was coming from. I couldn't find it. Fuck it, I thought. I returned to my purple exercise ball I use as my computer chair (helps my back posture).

....  The sound came from my ball. My boney ass deflated my favorite exercise ball. Granted it's my one and only exercise ball, but still.

Here are the last known photos of the great purple one as I sat on it one last time, then using it as a pillow, sucking every moment I can't out of it.

I'm not scared of needles, I know they don't hurt. I just have a problem knowingly/willingly putting a hole in my body where it doesn't belong, no matter how small the hole.

I notice though, when I am super dizzy and sugar low, I can do it no problem. I have no problem doing it when I need to.

Someone needs to invent ....

I hate this damn thing. I have to use it to prick myself to draw blood in order to test my blood glucose level. Now, I know the shit doesn't hurt. I've gotten shots before... That's not the problem..

The problem is, I can't do it to myself !!! It would be no problem at all if someone else did it for me. Like I said, I know it doesn't hurt or at least, I don't think it hurts. Someone needs to invent one of these pricking devices to have a surprise timer. That way, I can push the button, and won't know when it's coming. I'll have no problem with that. It's just I can't do it to myself. I dunno why... I just can't

Spent the last 2 hours trying to prick myself.... HORRIBLE.. I know..

Starting an experiment online

Hi everybody.

I want to first and foremost thank you for taking time out of your date to express interest in this Social Experiment we (Tristan and I, D.Booey) are hoping to kick off. In order for us to even begin anything, we will need at least 50 real, active, willing participants.

Because none of this will be possible with out your help, anyone signing up now (and who has signed up prior to this updated message) will be considered a VIP member.

What this means is, as long we you are a member, and as long as we are still kicking, you will receive a substantially greater rate than any one else will.. forever.

Also, because we are keeping track of willing participants using this very crude Google Docs Database method (which is only temporary while we work on providing you with a site for you guys to log on and keep track of your stats), we ask that if you refer any of your friends to join, to tell them to enter your email or name as the referal.

We are 99% sure at this point that we will be implementing some kind pf structure where you will be able to earn a percentage off the people you refer  to the site.

Once again, we will not require you to do anything illegal, you will not be sending out spam, nothing of that nature. Just use Youtube like you regularly do.

Damn you bird !

I was walking around downtown and I saw this bird hiding in the nook of a doorway. It looked like it had been hiding out there for some time cause there was poo everywhere. I didn't really want to leave it, so I ran home and emptied a giant container, grabbed some gloves, and bread and Smarties for bait (Smarties ended up being for me).

I called the Animal Hospital, and they didn't really seem like they wanted to help me. They said that some baby birds can't fly yet. But it was HUGE. I didn't think it was a baby bird. I told the lady that there was blood and whatever under the feathers. She told me to call SPCA because they deal with this kinda stuff.

I called SPCA, and they were closed (I bet the lady knew it was going to be closed too !). Cops rolled by and told me to call SPCA too and drove off.

No one wanted to help me. I'm not an animal nut or anything, and I know it's just a bird, but I just didn't want the damn thing to walk onto the street and get run over by a car. It gets busy downtown Vancouver. I felt really crappy out there trying to catch this damn bird ! Four groups of people told me to forget about the thing. No one wanted to help.

Blah. Kinda made my day crappy.

Look at that beautiful sunset ! Isn't it beautiful. What a nice way to start off the night huh ? Then I started walking down the street along the party district in Vancouver (Granville), and I saw a cat fight !

One fat chick jumped on this skinny chick, I hear screaming, swearing, more screaming. Then I see SIX cops run down the street to try and break it up. The skinny chick just sit down. Just ... sits and crosses her arms like she wasn't having it. Who does that in a middle of a beat down ?

Frontline: The Diamond Empire

Bling Bling ! I wrote this post with the mobile app & didn't have a picture of 

diamonds, so I took a picture of my girlfriends watch. Seems fitting for the topic.

I love this video. I love it when I hear about a good business plan / marketing strategy executed. The diamond industry executed what I consider, an example of THE most successful marketing strategy ever executed... EVER!!

Some of you may already know about diamonds and/or the diamond industry. Most of you may not know how duped you all are. I love reading about a successfully executed business plan and breaking it down. I appreciate all sides of the plan, every aspect of it. The diamond game, in my opinion, would be an example of the most successful marketing campaign ever ! You may feel like you've been played by the top players in the whole diamond game, but you CANNOT deny, that it was one helluva plan !. They were able to control everything we did... made up our minds for us !. "Diamonds are rare", "Should keep a diamond forever", "Love", "Girl's best friend", yada yada yada. I don't think any other marketing strategy will ever come close to the level of AWESOMENESS that the diamond industry executed.

Anyways,  it's a very old documentary, released in 1994, and it looks as though the video was recorded on VHS (for those that don't know what a VHS is, like you don't know what that square thing is on the "save" button, I'll save that for another blog post), so the video quality is not that great. None the less, it's a great documentary, and I think people should give it a watch.
