[Rant]: Dear Telus. Why do you hate me ??

Why do you hate me ? This is what ? The fourth time I'm calling about fucked up shit going on with my account in, I dunno, 2 weeks ?

You assured me this wasn't going to happen again. You said it was a system upgrade, and that everything is fixed, and I wouldn't have any more problems...

Guess what... I have a problem..

Lets begin. I have unlimited45. That includes unlimited incoming calls, texting, & weekends/evening calls right ? I understand that if my account reaches a $0.00 that my picture messaging and text messaging services would be unavailable.. but does that some how mean I can't make a phone call ? Lets find out. I present to you, Exhibit A: The "Why The Fuck Can't I Make a Phone Call" exhibit (Sorry for the language. I've been having problems for 2 weeks straight now and I'm fed up with the lies !)

So, I can't make an out going call. My account balance is at $0.00. But where the hell did all my money go ?? I dunno! Maybe you guys can help me figure this out. I present to you..

Exhibit B: The "Okay, I See The Money" exhibit.

As you can see from Exhibit B, we are all good in the hood here. Money has been deposited at 1:23am, and 1 minute after, an Unlimited 45 plan was bought, bringing my balance down to $8.70. Lets see what happens next !

Exhibit C !, The "I Think Telus Decides if a Call is Long D or Local By Flipping a Coin" exhibit.

So 9pm, I get an incoming call. I don't get charged, which is good, because the unlimited 45 plan included incoming calls. Then I saw an outboung call. One which I was charged $0.20 for. Odd! It was made after 9pm.. Shouldn't that be evening? Maybe Telus is going by a different time zone ?

No!. I look closer, and it's a long distance phone call.... to a 604 area code.... to someone who lives 2 blocks away from me.. Then a call I made after that was free. That second call was to someone further away, but still, it's a 604 area code. I'm pretty sure I lived in Vancouver still. Didn't realize calling someone 2 blocks away was long distance. I should have just walked over and knocked.

Moving along to...

But hold on just a minute ! Aren't text messages supposed to be free and included in the unlimited 45 plan from Telus ?

And didn't the plan just auto renew itself 9 minutes prior to me getting charged for a text message I have yet to send ? I know when I call in, put money on the account, and order the plan, it could take up  to 30 minutes for the plan to take affect.. but.. shouldn't the plan already be in affect if the thing auto renewed itself at 5:10am ??

Or.. When it auto renews itself, does it not really auto renew, but really take me off the fucking plan and then the AI (Artificial Intelligent for the idiots out there... like the ones fucking up my account!) computer you use to keep track of shit, predicted that I was going to make a text message, and then charged me for it?

That is some Minority Report (That was one bad ass movie btw! Go watch it again!) type shit Telus !! You got a trio of teenagers locked up in a pool somewhere ??

 Woah woah woah.. HOLD ON.. What's that you ask ?? "You had $8.00 on the 2nd, and you went down to $0.00 the very next day? What have you been doing? How many calls did you make in the morning/afternoon?"

Well, to answer you question, I do not know. Lets go ahead and look at my transaction history a little closer, play Sherlock, and see where all this money went.

Exhibit E & F! The "Show Me.... Where The Fuck is My Money" & The "I Think Your Solar Powered Calculator Ran out of Juice" Exhibit.

Ok Ok, 11:53pm, we're good. STOP! (Hammer Time!). What happened at 12:17am ? Dinged for an incoming call.

Then what ??? My feature got deactivated ?? Why ?? Don't tell me I went and deactivated it. You know when you and buy a feature that auto renew is set automatically. I've had my feature renew it self ALL these times, what was done different this time ??

And why did it go bacjk up to $8.50 from $8.20, and then when you subtract $0.30 from $8.50 (So that's $8.50 - $0.30 for anyone who is lost), you get $7.90 ?

Just cause we broke the speed of light barrier, and potential screwed up the whole e=mc² forumla, doesn't mean math got fucked up too Telus !

And so, my feature got deactivated at 1:17am. There was a bunch of calls that were placed there after, which shrunk my balance with out me knowing. Someone should really set up a system where a text message is sent out telling the customer their feature is randomly deactivated. I would randomly go re-activate it !!

So. What's the deal Telus ? What's the story going to be again this time ??

Ball's in your court. but you prob already knew that from them teenage minority kids chained up in the pool.


OH, and BTW... To Ms. Ginger, CSR of Telus Mobility. It would not be illegal if I recorded our conversation because you guys already informed me that you might be recording the call !!! UGHH !!
